The first 50 members of any FemCity are considered Founding Members.
Yes, you may receive a refund ONLY if you provide your FemCity President with written notice at least 72 hours prior to the paid-for event. If notice is not given within such timeframe, you will not receive a refund.

Each FemCity holds (at a minimum) monthly lunches and quarterly workshops and/or other special events.

At every lunch, "Connection Cards" are placed at each seat for guests to complete and to be entered into the lunch raffle. We use the Connection Cards to track the success of our events. Since we read every Connection Card and utilize the feedback, the more information provided by each guest the better we can serve our FemCities. Also, when we find an inspiring testimonial, we publish it on www.femfessionals.com or in our newsletter.
A Femfessionals Pitch is a 30 second promotional pitch that includes the following: name, profession, company, specialty and an endorsement of another Femfessional. At some point during the luncheon, each guest will have the opportunity to present her own Femfessionals Pitch. This is great practice for making a successful first impression (a.k.a. elevator pitch).
Each FemCity President will choose Ambassadors to assist her during events. Ambassadors must be members of their FemCity and are appointed for a 6 month time period. If you are interested in becoming an Ambassador in your FemCity be sure to contact your FemCity President. Recognition and visibility are a few perks that come with the role of Ambassador.
Each City chapter (a.k.a. FemCity) will have a FemCity President. The FemCity President will be the leader of the FemCity and the go-to person for any questions about Femfessionals within that specific location.
A "Connection Table" is a table located near the entry of an event that is dedicated to the business cards of all the guests. Guests are encouraged to bring a stack of business cards to each event.
Board of Advisors are selected by the FemCity President to assist in the development of her FemCity. It is a well-respected and honored position that is renewable annually. All board members must be members of Femfessionals.
Femfessionals has a zero tolerance spam policy. Spam, also known as junk mail, is an unsolicited bulk email message. The membership of any member in violation of this policy is subject to immediate revocation.
Yes, there is a group annual membership option. The membership covers 3 individuals {professional business women but not necessarily from the same company}. Each individual will have her own individual profile and receive the same benefits as the individual members.
Yes, you can edit any part of your profile anytime.
You have the option to list your member profile in an additional FemCity and/or industry which means that your profile would be listed in two separate FemCities and/or industries. The top of the search option with pink highlight will place your listing at the top of any applicable search and highlight it in pink so that your profile gets noticed first. All add-ons are attached to your membership. You can choose to upgrade your account at anytime and the applicable add-on will be pro-rated through the renewal date of your membership.
First you choose the location, size and type of advertisement (i.e. text and image or image only - examples of each are provided in the advertising form). Then you purchase and create your advertisement based on the image DPI and character specifics provided and your ad will post upon completion.
