I love Femfessionals because it is not like any other women's group I have been involved with. Where else can you network, promote your business and build lifelong friendships with smart and savvy women?
When I saw that Femfessionals was looking for a President for FemCity Louisville, I immediately wanted to be involved. I love helping women succeed in business and couldn't fathom a better way to support the local business women in my community. I'm excited about the opportunity to connect, build relationships with ambitious women and help women find mentors {as well as mentor others}.
FemCity Louisville will be a great networking and business building organization. The chapter will foster the formation of strong connections and referral sources while benefiting women in business and the community.
Amy Torres is an Advertising and Marketing Professional, specializing in developing long term markerting campaigns developed for locally owned business whose focus is on gaining new customers, retaining current customers, establishing cross promotion relationships and networking for her local clients.
Amy has served on the Board of Executive Women's International and as Yearbook Chair for the Junior League of Louisville, Provisional Advisor for the Junior League of Louisville, Hospitality Commitee for Grantline Elementary and New Albany High School and Member of Graceland Baptist Church New Albany.
Amy is married to Ben, with whom she has 3 daughters {Regan, Erin and Isabella} with. Her hobbies include reading, family game night, baking and volunteering at church and her daughters' schools.
