Violette Sproul, Founder & CEO, has always enjoyed bringing women together. In 1999, in Raleigh North Carolina, Violette founded Five Points Fitness, a private Pilates/Wellness boutique for women only. She had the talent of pairing groups of women into fitness classes based on their personalities. She ran a successful Pilates Studio for 7 years connecting women and changing their lives both through their newfound friendships and their newly fit physiques.

She began her sales career in 1998 in Atlanta, Georgia during the dot-com boom with a small company selling technology training to Fortune 1000 companies. When the bubble burst, she was offered the opportunity of a lifetime to work as Ms. Janet Reno's Special Assistant while she traveled across Florida campaigning for Governor.

She’s also a busy mom and wife with over 10 years experience in fundraising and non-profit development.
