The Process: When you are selected to interview with us {we unfortunately cannot interview everyone interested in the position}, you will be contacted for scheduling a time to chat about your experience and your passion for Femfessionals {there may be several interviews}. Once the interview process is complete, you may be selected to move forward in the appointment process which may entail, among other things, the providing of references. Once you have been selected for appointment as FemCity President, we will send you the applicable paperwork and your training and the development of your FemCity will commence.
The Position: The position is considered part-time, commission-based and that of an independent contractor.
We are also looking for Associate Publishers for all of our FemCity locations to promote and sell website and newsletter advertising and to promote both the local FemCity and myfemcity.com.
Candidate Will: expand brand awareness, develop client list of advertisers by community outreach, work with local businesses to assist with their marketing needs via Femfessionals {advertising campaigns and strategies}, follow-up with clients and potential clients in a timely matter, provide quality customer service for clients and be the liaison {if needed} between clients and Femfessionals Corporate. The successful candidate will work with the FemCity President and Femfessionals Corporate and must reside in the FemCity Location.
Character Traits: outgoing; personable, engaging, friendly; business savvy, highly motivated, well-connected, professional in appearance, excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, natural people person and assertive but non-aggressive closer. Community involvement, as well as a commitment to the betterment of her city, is a plus.
Experience: Proven advertisement sales record. Marketing, Public Relations and Philanthropic involvement is a plus.
